Never. Your margin data lives inside the Internal Workshop, which is completely hidden from customer-facing PDFs and links. Clients only see the line items and prices you choose to show them.

Absolutely. You can cancel Pro at any time from your settings. There's no lock-in contract. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of your billing period, then drop back to the Free plan.

QuoTrak is built for all trade contractors — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, landscaping, general contracting, cleaning, and more. If you quote jobs and invoice customers, it works for you.

When you send an invoice, QuoTrak can include a secure payment link. Your client clicks it, pays by card, and you're notified automatically. The entire payment process is handled securely on your behalf.

Yes — Pro includes full import and export support. You can bring in your existing customer list and product catalogue to get set up quickly, and export your data any time you need it.

Yes. You can upload your company logo and set your brand colours so every quote and invoice PDF looks professional and on-brand. Clients see your business, not a generic template.

QuoTrak runs in any modern browser, including Safari and Chrome on iOS and Android. You can create quotes, send invoices, and manage customers from your phone or tablet on the job site — no app download required.

QuoTrak is currently a single-user account. Multi-user team seats are on the roadmap and coming soon. We'll notify you as soon as they're available.

QuoTrak does not charge an additional platform fee on payments. Standard card-processing fees apply through our payment partner, Stripe — typically around 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. You keep the rest.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with automated backups so your quotes, invoices, and customer records are always safe and recoverable.

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel your Pro subscription you can export everything before you go. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate without losing anything, then it is permanently deleted.
